When I went down there to photograph them early one morning, it felt like I'd stumbled on the most peaceful place on earth, with doves quietly cooing and hoopoes strutting about on the lawn.

after a long day.
They run the Bar VàVà in Greve in Chianti. Remzi is turkish and Annette is from Poland, and they have three children.
